Textballoon Next to the exhibition of Anna Verwey at Tent. gallery in Rotterdam I made “textballoon”. A describing story about dreamy travelling destinations, a feel good movie in the shape of a colourful magic ball. The words that form the story are printed letters on cast-off textile to give each word a personal look. Attached to felt with a bright pink colour the words are made to a meters long story as a ribbon that is rolled up to a big ball. The story was sold per word during the exhibition. It could be fixed immediately on clothing from buyers. Every word -completely teared from it’s context- get’s a new destination and meaning. Information
